This program is designed to give you the foundation you need to get started. So you can start volunteering as soon as you complete this course.
This program is designed to go at your pace. You are in charge of how long it takes you to complete. Most modules take within 5-10 minutes. they are designed to be short, quick lessons, giving you a high-level overview, that you can consume at a time that's convenient for you. Even on the go on your mobile device.
Once you complete this program, your team leader will be alerted. You'll receive a certificate of completion. Your team leader will reach out to you with next steps and schedule your first service to volunteer with the tech team.
Yes, this course is self-paced, so you can go at your own pace. Each time you log in, the program will save your progress and let you know where you left off. You can come and go whenever you want to work on the program, and your progress will be saved.
Don't worry! We made this easy to give you a basic understanding of what to do and how to do it. This is not rocket science and we want you to be successful! We want you to be able to help on the tech team, so this is meant to be a foundation for you, not a barrier. The program is designed with many different ways of presenting the information to make it easy to understand.
